April was far too excited on Christmas morning. It was finally the day she’d tell her decision! She got to the lair and took no time in heading to Donnie’s lab. She was energetic enough that when she saw that he really wasn’t up to anything, she practically pounced on him, leaning on the back of his shell warmly. “Merry Christmas, Donnie,” she said, planting a small kiss on his cheek and holding out a small Flash drive connected to a string with beads put together to look the a soundwave. He wouldn’t find out until he opened the Flash for the first time that it was the soundwave of her voice recorded saying “I love you, Donatello.”
